We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and you may need to return an item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before sending back the item(s).
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, and they must be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for personalized or custom orders unless there was an error on our part.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s). The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you received free shipping with your order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it, but we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
