Returns and Refunds

• Personalised products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We carefully inspect each item before shipping to ensure that it meets our quality standards.
• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within [number of days] days of receipt and provide us with a photo of the damaged or defective item.
• If we determine that the product is defective or damaged, we will offer you a refund or exchange for the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a similar item or a full refund.

Exchanges
