Sometimes it’s not possible to list every colour or customisation option available on our website, but that doesn’t mean it’s not possible.

If you’ve found a gift you love, but can’t seem to customise it in the way you want, simply fill out our custom quote form with details about what you’re after and we’ll be in touch.

Shipping times vary depending on location and when the order is placed. We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, make sure to keep an eye out for an email with tracking details.

If you’re unable to upload your custom design then it may be an incorrect file type or it’s too large.

Our supported file types for upload are jpg, jpeg, pdf, png, and gif.

The maximum file size that we allow is 10mb.

If your custom design is of a different file type, please contact us in regards to it and we’ll let you know if we can use it or not.
